If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not chosen as the winner of the contest, you hereby acknowledge that you have no rights or claims, of any nature whatsoever, against the Patrick Mimran Fan Club, or any of its affiliates. The Patrick Mimran Fan Cub and its affiliates shall have the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to choose the winner of the contest based on any criteria they decide.
